Instructions:

Press the Sauté button on the Instant Pot.

Heat the oil and Sauté the onion until fragrant.

Stir in the black beans, brown rice, green pepper, corn, and tomato paste.

Keep stirring until everything is mixed.

Season with chili powder.

Close the lid and set the vent to the “Sealing” position.

Choose the Multigrain function and cook using preset cooking time.

Do natural pressure release.
